Steppin In The City Productions,LLC is guided by a vision of dance as the universal language of movement that celebrates performance, individual expression, healing and peace . Steppin In The City Productions,LLC is dedicated and committed to providing the community with a positive social dance experience.
The dancing seed was planted back in the year 2000 with a simple dance class. Since then that seed has grown into Steppin In The City Productions,LLC (SITC). It is now a multi-dance performing arts organization in Columbus, Ohio. Steppin In the City was founded with the belief that the beauty of social dancing transcends the boundaries of culture, class and age. Steppin In The City is committed to bringing social dancing into the lives of many diverse people. SITC is composed of team of instructors who teach year-round .Steppin In the City has taught throughout the Columbus community as well as other cities such as Portland, OR, Macon, GA and Baltimore, MD. Steppin In The City has been featured in magazines, hosted fundraisers, performed in Gospel plays and has provided dance instruction on Cruise Ships. God planted that seed in 2000 and many are still reaping from the fruits of that harvest.
